My last 4 visits have all been regrettable. Last time it was a frozen wrap. Tonight they BURNED my food.
My Bacon ranch flat bread was dry and cold. This is the second time that this location messed up my order, and my last time ordering from here.
I placed an order and checked “no cheddar cheese” but when I got to work there was cheese so I called to have it redone. The manager on duty proceeded to argue with me that it wasn’t their fault since their ticket didn’t indicate that. I told her my order on my app and the receipt sent to my email clearly states that but she kept arguing with me.
