I bring over eight people to this buffet restaurant. (Brought 9) and paid for all of them. Got charged up front $25.00 for bringing over eight people to a buffet. Really? What a filthy, disgusting, rip-off practice... They only did this to me once. They NEVER will again. Too many other good restaurants close. Their prices have raised drastically too. Bye to United Buffet...

The service was terrible. The person who attended to me was more focused on their phone than on what I was saying. An Asian woman, who didn't pay attention and showed some racist behavior. When I walked in, I noticed that the raw food, which you can take for the chef to cook, had a dead fly on it, which disgusted me, so I didn't touch anything. I checked out the other food options, and everything looked old and dry, like they don’t clean properly. Plus, the place had a bad smell. I don't recommend it; there are much better places out there. Don’t waste your time here.

Food that should have been hot was cold, Food that should have been cold was warm. The carrot cake was frozen. The food was not good and the lady that sits in the front is not friendly at all. I do not recommend this place!
i was lost. no money. no family. three gunshot wounds to my chest. the wonderful staff took me in and patched my wounds. the owner, cindy, gave me one of her kidneys when i needed a transfer. they helped pay for my education at carnegie mellon university, and they donate all the rest of their money to charity. i love you, united buffet. the maggots are my friends.

Food was not good. The chicken was hard and dry. The pizza was worse than a microwave pizza. The Habachi was the only semi decent food. Being asked to TIP before you even sit down is ridiculous. They did not take plates nor do they even bring drinks. Will not be back there until under new management. Wish it was the Old Country Buffet! New management has ruined this places

Food tasted bland. Seasoning are available however nothing was cooked with seasonings. There were no crab legs at the time of our visit as pictured in the advertisement. Crabs were small.
