I placed a pickup order, only to find that an item was missing. Not only did they fail to get my order right, but they also asked me to return to pick up the missing item (mind you it was dark, cold, and wet because of the rain). I even asked the staff if all items were in the bag since it was sealed and confirmed that they were.
When I requested a refund for the missing item, they told me they couldn’t process a refund for a single item and that I would need to be present. The manager then took over the call and offered to refund the entire order. I offered to visit the store when I had the chance to pay for the items I received correctly once the refund comes through, but a week later, I still haven’t received the refund.
Maybe the ticketing system isn’t working out for them. Who knows?
It’s a shame because the food was really good.

Everybody warn me about this establishment and I should’ve listened to them. I just wasted a lot of money. The whole order was wrong and the food was terrible as you can tell these photos never again be warned. Don’t waste your money go to that clown and save yourself some money!!

The food was good. We had a slight issue on our order and they more than corrected it. After eating the burger we didn't feel bloated/bad comparing with some burger places. Def enjoyed
The food just wasn't appeasing !! Canned Diced onions on a burger is a NO NO !! The shake and hibiscus tea had a funny after taste. The cashier was pleasant however. But I probably won't try this place again ...

I brought my son here today and they have a great selection burgers, phillys, and chicken sandwiches. We both enjoyed our food and the service was nice bringing the food out to us. The fries were a real star amazing crispy, fresh, and salted perfectly. My 15 year old even gave the Bourbon Burger a 4.9 out of 5 lol young foodie. Definitely give them a try if in the woodbridge area!

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. When we arrive all the employees are sitting at a table hanging out and couldnt even tell they worked there. Ordered 2 sandwiches, a large tater tot to split and a soda/milkshake. Cost 49$. The large tater tots was literally only 15-20 tots. I figured it would be enough for two people since its 7$ on its own. Burgers cost 12$ a piece and were subpar. My sandwich didnt even come as advertised, came with the wrong cheese and overcooked patties.
Youd be better of getting burgers just about anywhere else.

Tried it for the first time, and I was not impressed. Inside was somewhat clean, but you can see stains on some tables, and trash on the floor. The employees aren’t too attentive; I understand if it’s not busy, but at least take initiative to clean, check supplies, practice recipes, etc., instead of huddling and chatting with each other. Also, the aisle to bathroom was blocked off for some reason. I ordered the bourbon bacon burger meal, and was disappointed. The burger had no flavor, and the bacon wasn’t crispy enough. The bourbon sauce and onion ring carried the flavor, but they should really add to the burger, not have all the flavor. The fries were okay, but I’ve had better. Another thing: the food is way overpriced! Almost $13 for a burger alone is one thing, but adding fries and a drink for like $7 more is insane. I will say that my meal at least came out nice and hot, and cooked how I like it, so that was a plus. I also didn’t have to wait too long (maybe because I was the only customer, but still), which is also a plus. Overall, for the price I paid, I was disappointed with my meal. I mainly gave this place two stars for my meal being hot, and ready pretty quickly. Unfortunate, cause I’ve wanted to try this place out for a while, but I probably won’t be returning anytime soon.
