This is the second cake I am trying to order. In the past years I have been able to go in and order with the help of an associate. I did not order my last cake through wegmans because I was not able to figure out the app.
I am trying to order a cake for my other kid and have spent 45 minutes trying to login. I put in forgot my password and then am told ti update alll my info, and then it says I already have an acct. I did not click create an acct. It has been 100% frustrating...read full review

Customer service in the catering department sucks. We ordered a cake for my sons graduation and it turned out horrible. What was the person thinking.
