Normally, the food I get here is perfectly fine. However, today my experience was the opposite. I normally don’t order the original chicken sandwiches, this time I ordered (2) original and (1) spicy. It appears the original chicken sandwiches have been sitting in the warmer area all day. My chicken breast was so hard, super dry, rubbery and hard. Take a look at these photo. I was looking for my receipt to add more details, but it’s interesting how the receipt didn’t make it to my bag. They messed up several people's orders as we arrived. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Both drunk machines were broken. Red haired young lady gave me major attitude.

Ordered a $5 biggie bag. Jr bacon, nuggets, fries and a drink. Not bad of a deal. But the jr bacon made me violently ill. Something tasted off when I ate it. Like it wasn't hot like food should be. We ended up having to go inside to ofer the food because the credit card machine was down at the drive thru. The floors were disgustingly sticky when you walk. Ewww! Never eating from here again.

This lady VIOLENTLY snatched from my husband as we came back for an order remake. We called the store 04/19/25 at 10:45-10:49p to say they forgot part of our food, didn’t give us a receipt and we’d like the entire order remade by the time we make another 20 minute drive back. They said that’s fine and we could come in for a remake after finding our receipt in the system. Fast forward to tonight (24 hrs later) M.O.D acted as if she didn’t understand what we were saying AND “both managers from the night before” said they didn’t speak to us. We wanted information so we could get a review of the cameras since staff confirmed the number we spoke with the night prior was their store. After a brief kerfuffle we were told one meal would be comp’d as promised which wasn’t true as the M.O.D then charged my card then acted difficult as we asked why did she lie and do that. During the argument she violently snatched the debit card from my husband and we ended up leaving upon her saying she would call the police. Currently writing to the BBB, Attorney General, Wendy’s Corporate and asking my husband to move forward with pressing charges for assault.

Worst of the worst DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL THE MANAGER IS AN PAKISTANI OR INDIAN WHO DOESNT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH VERY VERY RUDE STARTS YELLING NO NO NO NO WASTED MY TIME. the service here is horrible I repeat do not buy from this Wendy’s and make sure to leave ur reviews the food is made dirty with grown ladies who don’t even wear gloves hair falling on food and overall the store is just a no they need to change the manager change the workers and be sanitary for once. Will never come here again 🤮

HORRIBLE drive thru service. this lady had straight attitude while i was trying to order my food. i told her i couldn’t read good so she tried to force me to come in multiple times. i felt discriminated against the entire time i was trying to ask for simple help from her. when i asked for her manager she refused to get them, and later on lied saying he wasn’t in the store. I asked to speak to another worker and she also refused to get me another worker to take my order. this isn’t my first bad encounter with this disrespectful lady, but this is now my second time having problems with her. this restaurant takes customer complaints as a joke, they don’t correct their workers at all. this wendy’s always has something broken or not working, they didn’t give me my receipt due to the printer being broken. hope no one else has to deal with that lady with no manners at drive thru.
Man stopped here this morning stood at the counter for 5 mins. Before anyone showed up to take my order, the food was so greasy when I received it, it soaked through the bottom of the bag on to my cloth car seats. Some tell me wat the hellis going on here.

It's Wendy's... you should know what to expect. But in all fairness, we just stopped to use the bathroom and get some fries. Nice, clean and friendly staff though.
