The food was so so. The burgers weren't hot, and unfortunately, the lemonade was sour (rancid/spoiled). The employees were kind and courteous when I registered my complaint! They responded quickly to correct the issue. Their self-service beverage machine only had ginger ale, and coke to offer. I was able to get some iced tea.

** DON'T COME TO THIS WENDY'S ** I wish I could give no stars the customer service is horrible. The people there are very rude towards certain people. The staff is quick to dismiss you while your still giving your order. The staff treat you as if you are annoying them and disrupting there day. If you want Wendy's go to another one.

I hate to beat the dead horse but the customer service here is awful…. I ordered through the app and went in to pick it up. I do this to make sure my order is accurate and I get the right number of sauces. I went in today, no one in store no one in drive thru. Waited a couple mins for service and he let me know they were working on it.
I was expecting cold fries because no one was there.
Cold fries ✅ Pickles on sandwiches I asked for no 🥒 ✅ Patties over cooked and rubbery ✅ Extra ice in drink I asked for no ice ✅
The attitude of the women in the front was so poor I didn’t even correct it. I just took my food and made the decision to continue driving to the other Woodbridge location or Stafford.
There is a reason why this location is always empty. It doesn’t mirror the quality you expect at other Wendy’s and the customer service is horrible… even for a Wendy’s….
This location has the WORST customer service. I first stopped by a week ago to grab breakfast before work. I seen two people inside so I’m thinking they were open because it was 7:00. I get to the drive thru nobody answers. So I just thought im too early and left. Today (5/26/25 7:15 am) I go to the drive thru nothing but attitude . When you’re talking to a customer lose the attitude and saying “yep” in a sarcastic tone. I don’t care if it’s just “Wendy’s” i gave respect so you should want to give it back or get off the drive thru. I told her to keep it i don’t want to spend my money here. Went down the street to McDonalds you get WAAAY better service there.

I usually order on line. Every time I get here, I pull up, then they say park or pull forward by the door. The food is never ready, and then they take forever. Yet everyone going through the drive-thru is getting their food no problem. I don’t understand how online orders are hard or take so long.
