I went to Wendy’s on Oct 4th to buy two frostie thru the drive through. The Hispanic lady there ran my credit card twice and if course, I was charged twice. I have complained about it more than a few times, and the Director of Wendy want’s to send me a couple of discount coupons. REALLY! Where is my money? Please be aware of this place. Awful customer service.

Came to this place a few times, the service is fine. Wendy's service is slow in general (compare to McDonald, Burger King, Popeye etc.). But today I came around 2:30pm-3pm, and the male cashier from this location was really working in the snail pace.
It's kind of like serving customers are none of his business. There are only two customers in front of us, and we waited for over 10 minutes, and still not get called!
I don't mind if he promptly get the orders and let us wait when the food is ready! I understand that it could take a bit longer if they're busy. In this case, the cashier is not busy at all, he just hit the slow motion button!
I finally decided to leave (my little boy was disappointed after a long wait). We won't come back to this place again.
