Check your order before leaving. Mine was missing a burger. I called the manager and he said ok to picking up the missing burger the following day. I ordered a salad and got the wrong dressing. I should have checked that too.

Food was good. Service So-So. Went to drive thru to order. Had to wait for childrens meal and chilli. Had to park and wait for order. It was brought out but NO napkins. Then I noticed NO spoons?????

I just recently door dashed food which was cold and a taco salad that they forgot to put the chili, the manager is gonna say it doesn’t come with chili. I worked Wendy’s 16 years ago and it always comes with chili. This place is some trash, the store manager is slow as hell, the only insane person is Norma….get a better staff with good manners

Just got a small biggie bag with a frosty. The double stack meat tastes like it had been in water no taste at all the frosty left a nasty taste in my mouth like cleaning products the food was awful. I'm so glad I spent 6and change. I can't even finish the burger or the chicken 🤮

Went to this location near Potomac Mills mall in order to pick up an order, but was disparage by the shift leader and cursed it in his native tongue and was surprised that I actually understood him but then when I called him out on this, try to change up his story. I even contacted the district manager to let him know that his shift leader was saying disparaging remarks about the customers to visit their facilities and their native tongue. I also let him know it should not shock people that other people of different cultures and ethnicities no other languages into the mindful what you’re saying about your customers

Came through about 6pm and the service was very very slow. To make matters worse the server argued about a missing Frosty in my order. They simply forgot to put it in the order and instead of making it right they argued the request was never made. No worth the argument. So many other options than Windy's to choose from.

Just a heads-up for anyone coming here:
There’s a guy with curly hair who tends to get an attitude when you point out mistakes or ask for something he messed up. I simply asked for a couple of items that were missing, and instead of fixing the issue politely, he gave me an attitude—even though the error was on his part.

I went to this Wendy’s and I just ordered a frosty stood there for 10 minutes. They’re like what are you waiting for? I said a frosty. She went to pick up the cup. Put it down then helped another customer. There was only one person in there me and another person I had to drive through the drive-through just to get a refund.

The staff in this place were unpleasant, to say the least. The manager Albert was very rude, not only to us but other customers as well. He mentioned that he was glad we were able to pay because we and the other customers look homeless. We had to ask for a receipt, and when it was handed to us, we were called lazy for not grabbing it ourselves.

I really like Wendy but hate coming here simply because the drive through is sometimes slower than going inside. I ordered a simple order (like always) and I ALWAYS have to pull ahead and wait for my food. They like to clear the drive through time to look good on paper but their service is so slow. This is FAST food
