Wings are always good, but the counts and sauses are out of proportion. Why would you serve 15 wings (odd number) and only allow two sauces? And only three sauces for 20 (an even number) like that makes no sense. 15 wings get three, 20 gets four and so on, that's standard!

My first time to go to a Wingstop. Just an average fast food place. The chicken strips are larger than some places and they are good and fries portion was generous.

I usually come here pretty often. Today I came in and had a friendly interaction with the Cashier. I was picking up an order but ended up waiting a bit, completely normal. I see as they both greet the customers and ask if they would like to place an order or if they are picking up, making sure orders get handed out correctly. They let me know to leave a review for them because management has been harsh on them. I believe these two young ladys are doing an awesome job already but remember to also be kind to your workers. I use to be a manager at a fast food place and dealt with all types of customers. It is important to create a good environment for customers but also consider the people working for your company and to be kind to them as well. Give them tips but also uplift them, compliment and appreciate their good deeds therefore they continue giving out the same good energy to customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS STAFF AND MGR VERY RUDE. They gave order to the wrong person and made me wait to remake which I get it happens. No apologies nothing when I spoke with the Mgr she could care less.

This Wingstop doesn't disappoint! I always go for pickup and the food is usually ready in 10min. I have been going to this spot for 4 years now and have nothing but great things to say. Try the Mango Habanero boneless wings and grab a side of wedges. Its 🔥 but so tasty.

The customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. I have placed orders on three separate occasions, and each time I was given a different excuse regarding why my order could not be taken over the phone. I was repeatedly told that I must place my order online, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable. The staff would benefit greatly from additional customer service training or management oversight. Unfortunately, due to the repeated poor experiences, I will no longer be ordering from this location.

If you crave for cheap wings, it is hard to beat this place. Staff were busy but they accommodated well and overall it was okay experience. If I crave for wings, I might stop by again.

THE WORST place to eat from in Woodbridge. STAY AWAY! The staff are a joke, they aren’t efficient and are too busy taking to eachother. They don’t care for customers waiting times. They’ve made me wait countless times for over 20 mins for an order in a not busy time. Even as a delivery driver, I’ve had to wait for an order for 30 mins (not busy) and I see them standing around talking to eachother laughing instead of cooking. They are terrible workers, especially the useless cashier who looks half asleep all the time and has a tattoo on her one arm. They need ALL new tattoos employees because the current ones are PATHETIC and rude!
