Franklin. Oh, Franklin. The big guy working behind the register. I'm not sure if a few screws are loose or not, but this guy was terrible. 30 minutes after ordering, no wings. I asked for refund because I was ready to leave. He pointed at the door and said, "There's the door". Franklin, I wasn't rude with you, why the need to be rude to a customer? Then, he says he can't give a refund, his manager left at 7pm... I think he was a child, not too sure, but this was unreal. Then, he walked to the kitchen and said something to the cooks, who had no sense of urgency whatsoever to do their job. Food came out finally after 40 minutes, fries cold, wings average. First time at Wing Stop and never will go again. Calling the owner so he is aware. Possibly, he will tell Franklin, "There's the door".

Honestly the rude reviews are literally just ppl not knowing what patients is and what it feel like to be in a food service job those kids in the kitchen tried there best , especially at an overwhelming lot of ppl ordering walk in and online ppl need to understand that the world does not revolve around them and needs to y understand how good service works props to all the staff that really held it down today especially when there’s customers that try to get free refund or free food which I had experience today good job and keep up the good work

ordered pickup on uber eats said it was “ready for pickup” but the dodo birds in the back either didnt make it or didn’t receive it. and pretty much said “ call uber, get f’d”. glad i got my kid with me so i dont crash out

I was so hype to get wingstop tonight. I haven’t had it in awhile so I put my order in online. I got the wings after waiting quite awhile and as soon as I bit into the first one I knew it was a problem. It had the smell and taste of old wings. I was hoping it was just that one, but I tried to peel off the chicken from two more and same smell and taste. $20 down the drain. At least the corn was good!

I recently visited the Wingstop on Smoketown Rd and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Victor, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and efficient. He made sure my order was correct and even offered some great recommendations. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Wingstop location and commend Victor for his outstanding service!
