The service here is always very slow, and every time I visit they’re out of several items on the menu. On top of that the experience was really uncomfortable when I came with a friend the two guys working there kept staring at us the entire time which felt awkward and unprofessional. Overall the atmosphere, service, and availability of menu items definitely need serious improvement.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The food lacked authentic flavour and The kabob was very dry. The chicken tikka masala was watery and bland, with no real taste. The service was also disappointing—the lady who served us didn’t greet us, never smiled, and placed the food on the table as if she were doing us a favor. Instead of checking on customers, she spent most of the time chatting with other staff. The overall experience made it difficult to enjoy the meal. The restaurant should really improve both the taste of the food and the quality of service.

My family and I ordered take out tonight. Didn’t start off great as the samosas we ordered were not well done and crispy how samosas should be. Thankfully we ordered the samosas first and saw how they were made so informed the staff they were not cooked through. The lady the front (sorry, don’t know any names) apologized and offered a refund, however, they made new samosas which were perfectly made, crispy and spicy, everything a samosa should be.

The samosa chaat was also nice and spicy, always love a good samosa chaat. I ordered the lamb tikka platter and I’m always skeptical ordering lamb (even though it is my go to) because a lot of the places make it chewy or rubbery but this was cooked perfect, so tender. Everyone else also enjoyed their food.

It did take longer than the expected wait time so had I known before, then I would’ve ordered online or over the phone before picking it up. But what started off as a bad experience ended up being great.

Thank you to the staff for being patient regarding the samosa issue.

Very welcoming and smily face female receptionist .. I think her name is Maryam .. she is very friendly and hosting very well. MUTTON KARAI is although not like charsi Tikka but super in the town. I can give 100/100 for service and 95/100 for food.

When I arrived at the restaurant our order wasn't ready at the designated time so I sat and waited. One of the items was canceled without my knowledge, and the whole time I sat they did not tell me it wasn't included and didn't say anything when they handed me the food. The item came with 2 naan, so we didn't have enough naan for the rest of the food. If they had told me, I would have ordered more. Additionally, the Aloo Palak had only two chunk of potatoes for the entire dish. Two little potatoes?! That was very disappointing. The lamp chops were good as were the Samosa. The lack of communication about the order and the almost non-existent potatoes in the palak is very upsetting, especially for our first visit. I don't know if we'll be back.

Kid-friendliness: Great food options for the entire family, from the picky eaters to the ones that do not tolerate spicy food!! Today, my husband, our special needs son and myself, enjoyed a fabulous all you can eat buffet with variety of food like the classic lamb curry, butter chicken, chicken with veggies, chicken kabobs, chickpeas, white rice and freshly made butter naan… oh, and ended it with a nice warm cup of chai masala!! Last but not least, the friendly, kind and courteous gentleman that is there making sure everyone in the establishment were enjoying themselves, made our experience a great one and we will be back more frequently for sure!!
