Excellent!! My husband has brisket that would melt in your mouth. I had ribs that were the best seasoned I’ve ever had. The hush puppies were crispy outside and moist inside. The Cajun corn on the cob was wonderful. Couldn’t leave without trying the blueberry peach cobbler. Definitely worth the every bite.
I truly like traditional Carolina BBQ, have done the NC BBQ Trail in Southern Living. Team Carolina BBQ is excellent, as good as any restaurant on the BBQ trail. The pulled pork sandwich was extremely good, as were the beans and the hush puppies. This place had the feel of the BBQ pits we eat in North Carolina, felt like being home again. Very friendly management and waitress, treated us just like regular customers. Glad we stopped on our way home. Considering having them...
