They were selling everything at a discount because they are going out of business? so i was with my friend that was gracious enough to let me experience the place before it goes into new ownership, heard the taco salads are amazing

Certainly not what it use to be. Ruben sandwich use to be THE BEST. Now, one layer of fried curly corn beef, a thin layer of sauerkraut, one piece of cheese on burnt toast. Cook was so busy dancing to loud music (not like the Millers) she forgot our other sandwich…one piece of cheese on grilled bread. Not run the same. What a shame for the Millers reputation. This was our last visit there. Miss the Miller family!

The Mendanite family that used to own this sold the business recently. It is now a shell of itself and the food they served for lunch is nothing like it was in the past . Much higher prices and are frequently out of bread and rolls which used to Never run out . Locals have stopped visiting and you should too !! Sad day for the area !

I had a blast there. the staff was kind and pleasant. I bought a loaf of sourdough bread, and they sliced it just like i asked for it to be. they went out of their way to make me feel like i was the only customer in the store even though it was lunchtime. they had plenty of staff, too. i would highly recommend Miller's to everyone. thank you for a great experience!

Miller's has gone downhill!Their excuse is health and personal issues but why would that cause inferior food being served to paying customers. And empty shelves. If things are so bad in-house, which they are, they need to close instead of treating customers badly which they do. Eventually people will stop going. New owners haven't a clue on how to run a business or treat people!

Ordered a grilled chicken salad as usual. When I got ready to eat it for dinner I noticed that it was not what they used to prepare. Small piece of semi cut up chicken, overwhelming bad onion, three pieces of lettuce, container was mostly preshredded cheese that tasted like the onion, 1/4 of a hard boiled egg stuck in the corner.Looked as if someone had just thrown the ingredients into the container. Absolutely horrible. Miller's used to serve quality well prepared foods. Not anymore. Additionally most shelves were empty with very little inventory. Both deli staff and check out person acted like I was imposing on them. Not going back. Too bad used to be a nice little stop.

Sadly they have gone downhill. Apparently Friday chicken and dumplings special is no more. They were nearly out of bread mid-morning. Lady came from the back to prod someone into taking my money for the bread. No one manning the lunch counter.
Definitely has went downhill. Taco salads used to be the best, not so much anymore. Stale chips and bland taste.

Wife bought several loaves of gluten free bread. The inside of each loaf was raw. Needed these for Thanksgiving. No way to make that right. My wife also ordered a sandwich and asked for it not to be heated. It came out heated. Also asked about about Bates Comfort Cream. They had carried the jars but didn't see any. Clerk at register told me I could find the manager and ask about ordering. Really? The quality has steadily eroded. Will no longer shop there.

Chicken salad recipe has changed, Service was ok training someone new .It was Saturday morning not busy at all but had no fresh bread , pies or Cinnamon rolls . (Plenty on the clearance side ) the original feel or Miller's just wasn't there .
