Subway offers a mix of experiences - from troubles with coupons to compassionate and helpful staff. Despite long lines, the service is described as awesome, with employees doing their best. The lovely girls who crafted the Italian sandwiches are praised, and the friendly people and good atmosphere make it a great place to bring the family. The service crew is described as on the ball and super friendly, with wonderful communication. While the Subway Club sandwich is tasty and they provide plenty of toppings, there could be more bread options and the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, Subway provides a range of experiences, from helpful service to minor inconveniences.
