We can't say enough about the incredible experience we had with Captain Billy's Seafood, catering our banquet for the third year in a row! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our event. The Shrimp were absolutely phenomenal - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Absolutely the freshest fish this side of the Obx!!!!I got some rockfish fillets and they were excellent! No fishy smell, (that's important), and no added liquid like you find in big box stores. A great selection with the locations they were harvested from. Definitely the go to for fresh seafood in the valley!!
