“Hire them! Hands down, some of the best smoked meat we’ve ever had! They catered our wedding over the weekend and everything was delicious! So many of our guests asked where the food was from and we also heard many say it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The staff was great, and Josh was extremely helpful and very responsive whenever we had any questions. We knew he was our guy when Josh brought us into his home on a Sunday morning for a tasting. Simply amazing is all we can say! The left overs, taste just as good too!“
