“We celebrated the wedding of our grandson at our WV mountain property this past September. Contracting with Valley Pig Pickin was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very first contact right up to the end of the event, Josh worked with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone raved about the wonderful food from the pulled pork (the on site roasted whole big) to the beef brisket being one of the favorites. I must mention the amazing charcuterie tray which was truly a work of art! Everything was over the top delicious with folks commenting on the best wedding bbq ever! Note to self: be prepared for some wonderful leftovers!“
