The customer service is always amazing
Definitely feels like I’m walking into a family oriented atmosphere! The food was fresh and truly AMAZING! #17 with honey mustard is my go to! This store will always be my fav Jersey Mikes store to go to!

I stopped by Jersey Mike's for a quick lunch and was genuinely impressed. The place was clean, the staff was upbeat and welcoming, and my sub was made exactly how I like it. If you’ve ever wondered what happens when a classic club sandwich meets the brilliance of Jersey Mike’s, let me tell you—it’s a love story that ends in a full stomach and no regrets.

I went with the #8, the “Club Sub,” and I wasn’t disappointed. The turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese come together like they’ve been waiting their whole lives for this moment. It’s the kind of sandwich that makes you think, “Why have I been eating basic subs all my life?” Seriously, this thing is stacked. And I’m not talking about some sad, “where’s the meat?” situation. Nope. You get an actual mountain of deliciousness.

The bacon? Crispy, not soggy, like it should be. The turkey and ham? Fresh and not the kind of deli meat that makes you question if it’s been sitting under a heat lamp since 2008. The bread? Perfectly soft with just enough crunch to keep things interesting. All the flavors balance out like a symphony playing inside my mouth.

Also, can we talk about the size? I got the regular, and I had to actually pace myself, which is a rare feeling for me with subs. You won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure. It’s not a snack; it’s an event.

Would I get this again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends, family, and strangers on the street? Heck yes. Especially at this location!

What stood out most was the customer service. The team behind the counter was working fast but still took the time to ask how my day was going and make sure I was happy with my order. It’s a small thing, but it made the experience more enjoyable.

Definitely recommend this location if you’re in the area and craving a good sub. I’ll be back for sure!

I have been coming here for the last 3 years and have always had an incredible experience! The customer service is always friendly and makes me feel welcomed. One time they messed up my order and took full accountability and fixed it with no hesitation, while also being extremely apologetic. I know mistakes happen. I always get the number 13 (highly recommend) and it is always consistently made where I know what I am going to get! This location is ran very well compared to other locations I have been too! Overall I always leave satisfied.

Everything is the best here!

Never got to try their food because no one would help me. I stood across from a worker cleaning the slicer for 5 minutes and none of the 3 workers acknowledged me as I waited for someone to take my order.

I placed a pickup order through the website. My order was done before being picked up. However, the ingredients were old. The lettuce was brown, the bread was stale and there was hardly anything on the sub. I spent $22 (tip included) and it really wasn’t worth it at all. I have been here many times before and had a much better experience and sandwich. I was very disappointed.

Went in to get a sub in a bowl, the lettuce was brown. And they were making people's food with it. When I asked if they had any fresh lettuce, the manager got an attitude and put a new tray of lettuce which was also brown on top. The two young men that were working today, were great and helpful. Jersey Mike's is worth the money. But if I'm paying good money, I want good quality. I've always had a good experience at this location. This was in Woodstock, VA

Both the staff were so helpful and friendly today when I stopped in today! The chipotle Steak on Rosemary was AMAZING! Thank you for the recommendation! Will be my new go to when I am in Woodstock!!

Horrible service, I had 3 complaints, in the store, and even told them when they were making the order. The employee said he’s got it. I paid for extra and didn’t get any of what I asked. Only reason I gave one star is to leave the comment. This is the 3rd time this has happened. If I want a sub, I’ll stick with Sub

I asked that my sub be made Mike's Way with light on the oil. The worker was too busy having a conversation with another worker and soaked my sandwich with oil. I looked at him and said "I asked for light on the oil", he commented "oh well, you're still going to eat it".I will turn around and walk out if that worker is making sandwiches. There's a Subway across the street.

The customer service was not good. They acted like we were being a pain for ordering.When we asked for grilled onions, the reply was "That could take awhile. I don't know about that. Probably not".The chicken bacon ranch sub was super salty.We had to clean our own table and chairs before we ate.The bathroom was clean, but out of soap.

Hello i love Jersey Mike’s subs and they have been my go-to for a very long time until I had the unpleasant experience that made me write this review. At first I walked into the restaurant to this lady that had her hands busy so she called for Max. This youngster had his headphones at the moment he was called so he seemed really confused, he just needed to ring us up for two drinks since we had ordered pick up. He continues to do so and at the moment that he is handing me my change he proceeds to dump it in my hand and then just walk away as all my change fell on the floor and everywhere , and nobody seemed to care. Such a shame. And my girlfriend still said thank you and they continued to ignore her and being unpleasant.
