My husband and I had eaten here a couple of years ago and have been wanting to go back ever since. The food was wonderful!! On Monday, we stopped in on our way home from NC. It was so cold in the restaurant, my husband had to get his jacket from the car and ordered a cup of coffee. We ordered one of the specials, Open-faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes. I am coming to VA for vacation next week. I looked on the website and the Facebook page and was unable to find days and hours open. I called and I’m speechless. I was berated for not being able to find the info in line, talked over, told to call back later as she was too busy to talk to me and then hung up on me. This has been a family favorite stop for us for 30+ years.

I used to frequent this establishment weekly. I haven't been in for a few months, and decided to stop in for a Saint Patrick's Day beer. One pint of Guinness later and my tab was $9.74.
That's absolutely ricockulous! I will not patronize a local establishment that gouges locals like this.
