Food was delicious and atmosphere was inviting. I had both wine and beer as well as their cod tacos, Tatar tots, crispy chicken nachos, and husband had steak and cheese and fried shrimp. All was divine. They have lovely outdoor seating which we didn’t notice till end but may sit there when we come again if live music is too noisy for our child.
Local microbrewery located in a repurposed 1920s denim/workclothes factory in the middle of downtown Woodstock. Came in on a random Monday afternoon in August after checking out the Luray Caverns and ordered a couple pints (Carolina Parakeet -- an IPA with a subtle apple finish) and a basket of the loaded Reuben tots and Struck up a conversation with one of the brewmasters and a couple other locals. Overall super cool spot with good food and beer. 10/10 would recommend.

I was disappointed that they have no clue how a GOOD reuben sandwich is made. But it is in the middle of Virginia, so what was I expecting NY know how. (Google images might be a place to start). First off note they are toasted, have more than a pinch of sauerkraut, and have an amount of Russian dressing about three times your present offering (better a bit too much than too little, dripping is fine), add melted Swiss cheese and wha-laa, a yummy sandwich) Best wishes, from an...
