Menus and standing table menus are oily and dirty, appearing rarely disinfected. Condiments are placed on top of food items in souffle cups, where employee hands contact cup surfaces, then food.
Waitresses observed with hair down, potentially contacting food and drinks, while others had hair appropriately back. Excellent server communication.

Our server Tiffany did amazing, I loveee the 4 cheese Mac with the honey pepper chicken, but decided to get an app, and 2 entrees for $25. Hard to beat, especially with a $1.50 beer🤷🏽♂️ love Applebees

This Applebee's was not on point. You would think food is pretty consistent between all of them, but this Applebee's it was not. My green beans. Some of them were hot and some of them were cold and I don't mean just chili. They were still cold the. The steak was overcooked but it took them so long to get me my food. I was afraid to send anything back. The wait staff was a little slow. We sat in the bar area. My guess is she had too many tables but I'm not sure.
