Dinner time and most of the chairs were turned and placed on tables. Very limited seating. Food was alright. Not nice and hot. But overall not bad. Would try again.

whenever you go to this Arby’s location it’s gamble whether or not the drive thru is open. i’ve received cold mozz sticks after waiting for them to be fresh. for this being the only Arby’s location in Wytheville, i think they definitely need to keep their drive thru open for accessibility.

Worst Arby's I've ever had.

We stopped at Arby’s on March 29 around 2 o’clock. They were out of everything. They had no roast beef, no corned beef, no curly fries. We were going to stay in order fish sandwiches but then we saw they didn’t even have tartar sauce. Someone must not know how to order.
Black mold under the counter in The lobby don't clean equipment correctly most of it just gets sprayed off

Visited on Dec 15 2023, girl at the counter was very rude, food was a sloppy mess and had sauce ALL OVER, probably the last time I will visit this arbys. Two others were with me and had the same experience.Update: The manager of the locatuon reached out to me and handled the bad experience in the best possible way. It's very nice being heard and understood. I have no doubt that my next experience will be 5 stars and much better. Thank you Sir for addressing my concerns and making it right, I will be back soon.
