Always 5 stars for Bob Evans restaurants. Drove 1.5 hours to come to Wytheville restaurant today and can say it was worth the effort. Manager took time to speak with us and feel at home. Staff is friendly. What else could you want.

Food was all right, quantity was good, prices were averag & the service was great. Had Turkey, dressing, smashed taters with carrots . Wife had meatloaf, smashed taters & salad. She said the meatloaf at crackerbarrell is much better with a larger portion

The employees were friendly but this alone will never make up for lousy food. If you get the sausage and biscuits, just a warning, they are using stale old biscuits. Nothing was hot, not even warm just room temperature. This is unacceptable. Bob Evans might have had decent food but that is no longer true.

I had the pot roast which was bland and nothing like the menu said. They put grilled chicken on my wife's salad after coming back to the table to verify grilled or fried, then instead of remaking her order they brought her two fried chicken strips (with no sauce) and expected her to cut it up and replace the chicken herself, manager rolled his eyes at her when she said that wasn't acceptable, we ended up leaving without her eating

We waited almost an hour for our food, and the manager brought it out to us while a group of servers stood together talking and laughing by the register. We have eaten here before and loved it, but this day it was extremely subpar, and this restaurant has been steadily declining over the years.

Service was fantastic and my Bacon bourbon steak was really good but my baked potato wasn't cooked enough and the rolls didn't taste fresh. Not as good as the Bob Evans we stopped at in Ohio!

Second time we stopped here within 5 months. Thought the first time was a fluke so gave it another try. Waited 35 minutes for food and left without eating. Poorly managed. Feel sorry for the waitresses. Awful.
