Got a 12 piece chicken dinner they didn't give me the 1/2 gallon sweet tea and the biscuits were extremely salty I love bojangles but just putting a honest review in hopes of them doing better

Hire a real person to answer the drive theough. Nobody wants to talk to some dirtbag robot while theyre trying to order. Interrupting every single conversation and making it impossible to talk to the other people in the car. I'm sure someone could really use that job that management here is too lazy to hire and train. Shameful.
A female cashier asked why I was requesting a refund and canceling the order after she attempted to hand it to me, then explaining the young male who prepared it did not wash his hands, in the process of sweeping when asked to prepare it, however placing gloves on both hands touching the outside surfaces before putting the gloves on, he likely forgot.
The cashier did not respond exiting. Respectfully I was refunded by a different employee, and the male made it a point to come to the drive thru window pointing out he prepared the items with gloves on. Explaining however he was sweeping and didn't wash his hands before touching the gloves (as this transfers anything on the handle and dustpan to the gloves surfaces) the male walked away, however he was not verbally disrespectful and approached the window to determine in an appropriate way which is unusual.

For a fast food restaurant, I give this location 5 stars. I placed an online order just because it's easier with a big family. When I went into the restaurant, they received the order, communicated very well, and completed my order pretty fast. Much better experience than a lot of other locations out there. The food was hot, fresh, and accurate.

My chicken wings were dry like they had just being sitting under a heat lamp way too long. I was disappointed because we don't have a bojangles in my area so I was excited to finally get some bojangles. I wish it was fresh.
