Pulled up to the drive through tonight, he told us to hold on a moment. Mean while another car pulled up to the other drive through place. He then proceeded to take their order. Then he told us to hold on again. Seriously?!? We left

Understaffed, unmotivated, unapologetic & seemingly uninterested in doing their jobs. I’ve been in cleaner bathrooms at 3 day music festivals. 1 register open with 12 people waiting in line & there appears to be no leadership. We walked out & drove to the next one on Exit 80. Shameful.

30+ minutes for a wrong order. Hateful manager that has no customer service skills. Wouldn’t provide a receipt.
Waited 30 minutes for our order. Both burgers were wrong. Kelly “manager” was extremely rude. Asked for a refund instead of waiting 30 more minutes. Wouldn’t provide a receipt after refunding. If this is how she treats customers, that’s why they are short staffed. No one should work for her and she shouldn’t be a manager in customer service. Hateful from the start.
