The best capt D’s (#364788 @1:00pm) we’ve visited in a while. Food was hot and fish/chicken were fried to perfection with plenty of cracklins. Store looked clean as well. Wish we had this store in our home town. Thank you to the two young men an lady at the counter and kitchen. Awesome customer service!

I was a little apprehensive due to all the bad reviews, but my husband wanted seafood and most of the reviews were old.. so we decided to risk it. And boy oh boy.. I am so glad we did! The fish is nice and crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside without being greasy or mushy.. the fries might have had a tad too much salt, but were delicious as well.. and their tartar sauce... ohhhhh man.. I am not usually a fan of tarter sauce, but this was way better than any other I have tasted. I did not try the hush puppies, but my husband said they tasted good. The only down side was the veggie sides.. we ordered broccoli and green beans.. I mean.. the broccoli was just normal steamed broccoli.. can't go wrong there.. but the green beans tasted like canned green beans.. after years of eating fresh or frozen, tasting canned again wasn't the best.. but it's still edible. And that could just be a taste preference... Overall the experience was absolutely amazing. I ordered online and went to pick it up.. and it was ready by the time I got there. So between the FAST service, the amazing taste, and the decent pricing (about 10 dollars a meal), I would say this place is definitely worth it! *Edit to add - forgot to mention that they left a whole bunch of crispy bits under the fish.. and those were amazing too!

Not only were, we greeted with a very nice cashier who was very helpful for a first time Captain D’s customers then when we wanted to pack up the extra food, Cook helped us with the packaging and everything overall fantastic experience, happy helpful and one of the better experiences with delicious food thank you

Well, when you go in there like couple of weeks in a row, they remember you and the food's pretty darn.Good, always fresh, always hot, always cooked.How you want when you want it?And that's when you get there, not sitting around in a box somewhere under a light, they're not trying to be lazy.They bring the food to your table.Just wonderful people.They always make me happy
