We stayed at the Best Western in Wytheville April 4th 2024We called Dominos 5 times at your Wytheville V including the Hotel Manager at the Best Western. We both tried auto order a pizza. We drove 12hrs and needed to eat. Your location said they don’t deliver to that hotel. The Hotel manager said they do all the time to that hotel. She called as well and was hung up on numerous times. This was 9:30-10:30 at night. Unbelievable.

The gentleman at the cash register was very polite and courteous tonight !! Going into a public place and seeing a smiling face and being polite to is awesome. It means alot especially when you never know what to expect . This gentleman has the personality to go far and does a fantastic job more business's need more employees like him !! Awesome job buddy keep up the amazing job and you will go far !!Parking: Lots of close parking spots and freeKid-friendliness: No cursing very quiet place very friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It's very accessible and easy to dine in or just to go in and order !!

Food is great. But if something is wrong on your order good luck talking to a manager because they won't talk to you. What they will do is tell you you're credited for your order but when you try to get the order at a later time you get to listen to another manager complaining about how you're getting free food and they don't want to put in their info for that large of a order. And complain about how I didn't call ahead of time. I didn't mind waiting 30 mins or more that wasn't a big deal to me. The order was 3 pizzas and a order of stuffed cheese bread I didn't think that was a huge order. I won't be returning

The pizza was dry out and burned. And it was to much for what I got. I will not order anything from them again I paid 16.00 for one med dry out
I guess 50%off means 50% less toppings, asked for plates and napkins, didn’t get it, and no condiments too.

Horrible!! One of my pizzas was burnt and covered in aregano. Totally unedible. The other 2 pizzas had hardly any toppings. When I called to speak with the manager she was rude and sarcastic, never apologized for my bad experience, would not give me her supervisors name so I could file a complaint. I was told to leave a comment on their website. I am a manager myself anyone would be fired if they spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me. She needs some more training.

This was by far the craziest encounter for sure! The poor girl that answered, the phone had no sense of direction whatsoever! She first told me they would deliver nine minutes out of Wytheville. when I questioned how far towards Rural Retreat she just kept saying nine minutes out of Wytheville, so I looked up myself different addresses to meet off of RT 11. She told me it was 12 minutes to the McDonald’s in Rural Retreat. So I suggested the Apple house on route 11 which actually has a Wytheville address. She told me no that it did not, and they would not deliver there. I looked at the address of myself, give it to her, and she still insisted that no they would not, but yet told me that they would deliver at the trailer park here in Rural Retreat…. I even asked her if she was certain but she didn’t have her computer upside down or something. She just kept stuttering around was very short and rude so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

I really want to give a huge Thank You to Haley at this Domino's location. I'm not real big on giving reviews no matter how good or bad the service may be anywhere I go. But before I even have a bite of the pizza I ordered I will give a 5 star review just of the service she gave to me. Haley your awesome and it's people like you that makes a difference in the choices I decide to make on where I will go to eat next. You just earned a loyal customer forever. Keep doing what your doing.
