This is not a traditional Dunkin. It is a dunkin donut case and several hot & iced coffee options in various dunkin flavors; inside of the Pilot gas station. The downside is you have to make your own beverage BUT you get to make it to your liking!! Very clean establishment, bathrooms, parking lots. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Staff was friendly. Only thing was 1 person working the drive thru. Not really an issue considering this is a tourist place so staffing can be an issue sometimes. They the coffee how we wanted.
I recently visited the Dunkin' located inside the Pilot Travel Center, and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, especially for travelers. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly taking my order and ensuring everything was correct.
