Staff was friendly. Only thing was 1 person working the drive thru. Not really an issue considering this is a tourist place so staffing can be an issue sometimes. They the coffee how we wanted.
I recently visited the Dunkin' located inside the Pilot Travel Center, and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, especially for travelers. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly taking my order and ensuring everything was correct. Donuts were pretty good. Have had better, but still were pretty fresh. I think the price is extortion though. I would not buy at this price except my wife insisted. Service was fair. Only purchased 1/2 dozen.
