Man I love the food at Hardee's. Rocks good burgers and fries but I have to say this location has gotten bad lately on the quality of the food . The fries are old an cold an not worth the 3.50 for the med. 4 bucks for sum rubber cold fries . My way of thinking is if I pay 15 bucks a meal it better be rocking the picture they put on billboards not yesterday's stuff . Y'all need to tighten up .

The food is ok depending on who is working. Sometimes it's fresh other times it is clear that it's set out under the lamp for hours or has been over cooked horribly. My last 2 visits were horrible. Visit 1 I ordered the chicken strips paid over $13 for the meal and the strips I got were rock hard and so tiny they barely even equaled out to the siz of 1 normal chicken strip. Visit 2. The store hours are open until 10 pm they were closed at 9 with staff clearly inside just hanging out and doing nothing this has happened multiple times the store is randomly closed an hour to 2 hours before it should be again usually in those situations it appears to be the same staff involved as the ones who over cook and distribute horrible food. I just went through the drive through to order dinner an of course at 9pm they are closed again even though they are supposed to be open until 10pm.

Can’t remember the last time fast food made me want to rate the experience, but then again, I have not eaten at a Hardee’s restaurant in probably 30 years!
Our breakfast today was great! The biscuits are incredible! I’m sad I can only eat one breakfast a day!
Looked like they were short staffed today, but service was good all things considered.
Dining area definitely needed a walk-through.
We will be back though!

The hot ham and cheese very dry bread was hard. Apple pies were way undercooked still doughy. Worst meal ever!!!!
Fast, hot and friendly. I ordered the Chicken biscuit and a side of Gravy. They were waiting on me when I got to the window and we're hot and fresh.

I stopped by near closing time for a small cup of ice and ginger ale to help my mother take some medicine at Carrington Place. Kylie stepped from around the counter to help me get the drink at the dispensing machine. Even though I offered to pay and wanted to, Kylie would not accept and comped me on the drink. Kudos! What service! Give that young woman a raise! Thank you, Kylie!
