Stopped at this location at 840pm to buy chicken . It shouldn’t matter to employees what you want to buy as long as you’re paying for it. The guy was ringing it up then a lady in a green shirt told him they couldn’t just sell legs . If I wanted to purchase every chicken leg they have, it shouldn’t matter to employees. Your job is to sell the food, I don’t care if it’s a separate charge etc KFC lost a sale.They need to get employees that are properly trained or shut the doors. Service has gone down hill at this location. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

So I placed an online order at 4:41 today and it cost me $22.66 it said the order was ready at 4:50 I walked up to the counter to get it Erica said my order was canceled my phone still said it was ready I did not cancel the order unless they did by accident but it didn't cancel where it took it out of my bank it's still processed it and charged me!! they would not give me the food they claim that they called somewhere and all they could do was give me a refund in 3 days and wanted to reorder my food for $34 it took 30 minutes to find out all that mess and I got nothing that's ridiculous they suck I don't know that I would ever stop in another KFC after that experience they never offered us anything for the bad experience they didn't care if we didn't have food all they wanted to do was recharge me again and more money that's pitiful

The workers were rude. A customer asked for ketchup and the worker said it’s over by the drinks. The drink station was trashed and no ketchup or silverware. They acted like waiting on a customer was the last thing they wanted to be doing.

We waited 30mins for 3 things off the menu and when we asked for a refund the lady gave us sas and said we’ll come to the front of the building then and people there before us had waited like 50mins and the only person really working was a guy who was making, giving and taking orders all at once sadly didn’t get his name though.

The manager yelled at a customer to get out when the man wasant even talking bad to him. I think it's highly inappropriate that he did that. I will not be comming back to this establishment........the cashier was rude and kept slapping the counter like a frustrated bug. Food was good but the service sucked! Do better!!

This is a combination KFC/Taco Bell joint.
1. Customer Service: - Took our order and got it right. - Answered any of our questions with a smile and was helpful. - Either they were short staffed or they just weren't in a huge rush to get orders filled. They moved without urgency and there were lots of people in the drive thru and inside waiting.
2. Food - extra crispy chicken was on point - hubby ordered Taco Bell's extra crunchy chicken wrap and it was not that crunchy and was meh on flavor
3. Atmosphere - again maybe short staffed but the floor looked dirty - the women's restroom needed help. I had to go or else I wouldnt have used it.
Overall I would visit this place again because for me the chicken was cooked well. I would anticipate a longer wait time and adjust accordingly. I would not go in though and just use the drive thru.
I ordered a three saucy chicken sandwiches online. Went and pick up the order and came home and it was chicken saucy nights. No big deal so I took it back and they told me they couldn’t make a saucy chicken sandwich. They never hear of it and couldn’t do it. I showed my receipt that I paid for chicken sandwiches and they just repeating they couldn’t make them and didn’t know what they was. I tried to show them the kfc app and they wasn’t interested.
