Yes, I know what you mean. I wasn't fortunate to have that long of a time waiting, but as soon as you pull up in front of the screen to get your order taken it takes them about 10 minutes to get to you
The employees are friendly and although they did not attend to me immediately, they indicated that they would be taking my order soon, which I appreciated. I hate feeling ignored when I go shopping somewhere. Good quality food. The place is small, but it meets its purpose.

As an employee we are looking for improving are sells but with the very limited staff we have it makes it extremely difficult most employees having to work 50+ hours a week and still not having a full staff every night we do apologize for the inconvenience of not having food hot in ready and we thank you for your patience with us on most days we are in the process of hiring new employees
