As an employee we are looking for improving are sells but with the very limited staff we have it makes it extremely difficult most employees having to work 50+ hours a week and still not having a full staff every night we do apologize for the inconvenience of not having food hot in ready and we thank you for your patience with us on most days we are in the process of hiring new employees

The thin crust hot and ready is is never hot and ready. You always have to wait for them to make it. They said 12 minutes and it took 28 I'd threaten to not return but I doubt they would care. Staff is surly. (I'm certain they will need to google the word )

This is my favorite place to get pizza. Order ahead of time with the app, then drive through to pick up. I've never encountered anyone at the drive through window who wasn't friendly and efficient. You can't beat the Classic Cheese pizza for the price, and it's not the only vegetarian option, just my favorite.

Went in to get something to eat as I was trying to figure out what I wanted I saw a female working in the back prepping food she kept pulling out her phone she wiped around her mouth and face she kept feeling on her clothes and still keep prepping food all WITH OUT WASHING AND OR SANITIZING her hands when I brought it up to the MANAGER she just made light of the unsanitary and unhygienic way the food was being handled

It's usually great. But I order one Italian cheese bread at 6:08 p.m.. They didn't have any ready, which was fine. Guy said it'd be 8-10 minutes, which I also said was fine. Almost an hour later, at 7:02 p.m., I finally get my order. This is after I drove back through, at like 6:45 p.m., handed the guy my receipt and card to just refund my money and cancel the order. He assured me it'd be like 3-5 more minutes, so I agreed. But for tel nobody want to wait almost an hour for something they were originally told 8-10 minutes for.
Not sure what happened to "hot and ready" Was not greeted when I pulled up to the window ( on more than one occasion) no pizzas ready during the dinner rush when they should be living up to their slogan. Given a beeper and told to go back through drive thru when it beeps. So wait in line, wait to have order taken, wait for food then please wait in line again to pick up! Their customer service has gone way down.

They used to be good but it seems like every time now there’s always a 15 minute wait for anything you try to order, and every worker there has an attitude and treats you like an inconvenience. What happened to hot and ready? Once I got up to the window the woman opened the door and said nothing the entire time, she took my card then handed it back with a buzzer, shut the door and walked away. I understand that working retail is a hard job and people have rough days believe me I have been there, but this is now a constant issue and it’s ridiculous.
Can’t do a phone order any longer, only online.
