went in to eat. had to order from app. no service waited 20 minutes on food not busy at all. girl behind the cpunter kept checking cell phone. meal finally come out. had to ask for sweet tea. none out for customer. had to ask for ketchup. food looked like a monkey put it together. slowest and worse service ever. not worth it
I came through the drive thru on 11/2 and a gentleman was very rude to the worker and was calling them names and the workers did not serve him because he called them names! They did the right thing. The girl at the window was very nice and all my food was fresh and hot! Thank you Wytheville McDonald’s! Great job!
I’ve been in line for 10 mins they turned the light off as soon as we pulled up bad service
