The manager had our food to our table before I even brought the numbered sign #7 with me from the counter! Some McDs have become slow & complacent over time, but not here in Whytheville, VA!! Cashier and staff all had smiles at @9 am this morning on Wed, Oct 29:)

The floor was so slick I fell. I have had 2 completed knee replacement. No one acted like they gave a dam! 2 customer had to help me. They made me use the kiosk. I hate kiosk. If you have to pay an employee to stand there and do the kiosk for people.. then why the hell make me use it.

They can never get order right even if it’s the simplest little thing. Told them no ketchup on my burger once again they can’t get it right and it’s got ketchup dripping off the sides. I was gonna just deal with it and wipe the ketchup off then I noticed it was pink in the middle wasn’t even near done. They act like you are the problem when you take it back. Do your job right and customers wouldn’t have to come back and bother you. Workers are unfriendly, rude and ALWAYS act like the customers are bothering them. What do you think you are there for? Do your job right or leave if you don’t wanna be bothered. Taking my business elsewhere.
I felt like I was on a different planet. Only young kids in sight, who are struggling to get drinks and read orders. They could not get a black coffee with ice and they attempted twice. Along with that, the open yelling, joking and cussing didn’t help. They thought it was hilarious that they couldn’t get a drink correct. No guidance or adults in sight. I’ve never seen something ran so poorly.

Deleted my last review, guess they don’t want people to know how RUDE their workers are. Do not come here, you will be treated like you are the most annoying person in the world. By grown adults, very odd behavior do better.
