This has been such a life savor for myself and even Milo my frenchie. Ive gone there and for 30 minutes of my time they put me in a happy full place and I feel good about having pitched in to keep the place clean as it always is. Food is delicious. Today for the 4th time I order exact same meal for myself. The steak wrap, beans, salad. I leave full everytime and expect for open door I would have had anything to eat from Thanksgiving to now.
I was a little surprised when they went up on price with their meals, cause Alot of people don't have that money on any priced menu especially the homeless.. I do hope they still have the volunteer for meals also to do a little work for their meal.. that's always been a great thing cause everyone deserves a good meal weather they have money or not
I wish they had a place like this in every town. First off the food is very very good. Everything is very clean too. Most of their meals are $10 but they have a $3 menu where you get a sandwich a side and a drink. If you cant afford $3 they will still feed you. They even have a deal to donate a half hour of your time and get a full meal. Seems like they do a lot for the community. Im not in wytheville often but from now on anytime Im here I'll be eating at open door cafe❤️...
