Pizza has a sour smelling and sour taste and the manager tried to tell me it's because I didn't eat it right away and he hung up on me when I disagreed with that assessment.

Tried using a local coupon that was in the mail. The new cashier bless her heart was trying her best to figure it out. The manager on shift that evening was a terrible manager. Didn't help her run the register at all, was just making pizza the entire time, even though they already had someone making pizza, and wasn't even busy, was the tail end of dinner time. She spent nearly 15 minutes asking her manager for help and trying to ring my order of just one large pizza in before finally just walking over to the pizza making manager saying she needs help. Pizza maker manager then doesn't try to ring it in the system and says "if it isn't in our system we can't honor it". This coupon was literally mailed to my address from Papa johns in Wytheville. She tried to charge me full price, I told her no, she then rings it up as an employee discount. Still costing more than what the coupon offered, but at that point, waiting 25 minutes to ring up an order and trying to not honor the coupon I gave up and bought it. It's just disappointing because it was a really good pizza lol but that manager knows how to make a pizza, just doesn't know how to train anyone, which explains the turnover rate...

All the other delivery joints turned me down cuz i was in Max Meadows but Papa Johns came thru, I'm a truck driver and tired of eating expensive travel stop foods I'm giving the delivery driver a $25 tip, keep up the dedicated service guys!!!

Placed order online. Arrived 10 minutes after completed order time. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting to helped. There was one other person in the restaurant at that time. I could see my order sitting on the rack behind the cash register getting cold as I waited.....

They used door dash to deliver my food. I know it wasn't there fault but the driver went to the wrong hotel even after I told them which one I was at so someone else got my food. The manager at the place made it right. She told me that their delivery person was going to bring it . At 10:00 two hours later I went and got it myself

Stopped here on July 10th to get a pizza on the way out of Wytheville. That was the single best pizza we've ever had at a local pizza joint. Also my fiancé said the employees were incredibly friendly!

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had.. Also, when you order they ask you if you want to make a tip and I did, but after you pay for it says that's not for the driver. I think that's very deceptive.

Ordered a 3 topping large pizza for take out. It was just over$18 with tax. The pizza was very average, lots of dough in every bite, just ok ingredients and flavor. For $18, it's not good. The worker was nice. After 9pm in Wytheville there are very few options.
