I had an order 46 p m.And I went a little early and of course, it was not ready.However, they told me they were just getting ready to call me and tell me that they didn't have my gluten free crust and that they would remove it from my bill.However, when I got home, my account had been charged.The full amount I called customer service and was on hold for ten minutes.I called the Wytheville store and someone picked up and told me he'd have to transfer me, didn't even let me tell him what I needed to say. When i got there the lobby was closed and the parking lot was empty but for some readon, they were too busy to answer the phone. i'm sorry, but I will not do pizza hut again.And I will not recommend it

I have been putting this off. However after an email saying someone would reach out and a free pizza coupon sent separately that will not be used. I would like to show you all the process of this endeavor. I placed the ordered at 6:11pm originally the order was supposed to arrive via delivery in 20-30 minutes. That time had passed with no idea of when or if we were going to get the order. I tried the online support to cancel the order that did nothing other than telling me to call the store. I understand so I tried to call the store. Few minutes into the call someone picked up and asked about the issue then told me to hold on I would be transferred to the store. Waited on the phone for at least ten minutes with no answer. Then received messages about door dash picking up the order. The door dasher had to wait for 20 minutes before even leaving to deliver. Once he arrived he told me my order was sitting there to the point he had asked them to remake the order. The door dasher driver was amazing. I will be reaching out to door dash to add more money towards his tip.
I would have been content if the ETA would have reflected the timeline of the order. Or a phone call or message asking if I would like to proceed with this order by the door dash even an opportunity to come get the order instead. But now I can fully see that even the upper management has NO idea about customer service.
