If I could give negative stars I would they turned down my service cuz I was in max meadows only 10 minutes away but that's cool PAPA Johns stepped up like real delivery drivers and he got a $25 tip I guess pizza hut drivers don't like money ✌️

After a long day of driving we decided to order from the Pizza Hut in Whyteville. First difficulty was trying to get information from the website. No matter what I tried looking for I was always taken back to same images but no info or prices. We called and ordered a medium pizza, a personal pan pizza, six pieces of traditional wings, and two orders of fries. When our order arrived it was missing the one order of fries and the medium pizza. I called the number I had called before. After being put on hold for a long time a man who I had difficulty understanding said he couldn't help me and transferred me to the store. Not sure what that meant. Again I was placed on hold and listened to the same sales talk at least eight times. It became apparent that they were either so busy or that they couldn't be bothered. I hung up. So our order cost $32 and consisted of one personal pan pizza, an order of fries and six wings. But they did send about forty napkins. I guess those were to make up for our missing food items. I would never order from this location again. Poor customer service.

Ordered on line last night for delivery and after 2 hours they canceled my order! Thanks for nothing, cant talk to anyone because they don't answer the phone
Way to many employees in restaurant area having a big time, both on and off clock. Do you not require your cooks to wear gloves while preparing foods? Also, went today to probably spend $50 just to find out that the dining room was close to to staffing. Dont you have msnagers to help when needed...pathetic!!

I just got home from pizza hut and I loved the service. There was a waiter named Brandon and he was the best waiter I've ever seen! It's my birthday today and he made my birthday 10 times better!!! 5 stars from me!

The main reason i am leaving this review is because there was a waiter named Brandon, And he is probably the best waiter i have ever seen! He was such a delight, He was very helpful and funny. He made the entire experience so much better. The food tasted better because of his service. ? Seriously he was great!
