Was not allowed to dine-in at 8 pm on a Saturday evening. Bs hours of operation is til 11pm. No signage on door indicating no dine-in at that time. Won't be visiting this one ever again!

Food was great but then i found floating stuff in my drink it was chunks of yellow in my ice told the waitress about it I really didn't want anything I was trying to let her know so other people wouldn't get it she was extremely rude even when I showed it to her I tried to call and complain turns out she's the gm and none of the managers would give me a corporate number or website to complain to

I would not waste my time here. The new pizza melts are thin dry and hard to eat without sauce of which theu give very little.

This is my first and last time at this location. I initially ordered a personal pan pizza to go, while I waited for my order to be completed I took a seat at one of the many open tables (I was literally the only customer in the store) I was told that I couldn’t sit at the table because I ordered a carry out order. I was directed to sit in the chairs next to the entry door, so I did. I then asked if I could change my order to dine in and was informed I wasn’t allowed to do that. I hadn’t even received my order yet. I am very displeased in how I was treated as a paying customer. I will never visit this location again.

Came to eat after a long journey with young children right before 3pm. Was told the dining room doesnt open until 4?????!!!!! We left. Will take our business elsewhere.
