This place is not affordable and it wasn't good service.

The service here is horrible they really need a new group of managers. They are a busy place being in a truckstop right off interstate. They don't keep chicken cooking and available. Everytime I go there I have to wait to get my food. It has to be cooked. It like they are terrified they might have to throw a pc away. One time I went there I ordered a bucket 12pc they tried give me 8 wings. Jack if I wanted wings I order wings only. I said he'll no. Get it together people or give me job as store manager and I fix it right up.

Great chicken and friendly service. 4 stars for food because we lacked the biscuit in the combo. Tables were dirty. This is a truck stop location and pretty busy but they were quick.

Friendly staff. Restaurant is shared with Subway and Taco Bell in a large lobby style seating area.

An hour before closing and they didn't have any chicken for sale. Seriously? What kind of window licker runs this place?

The best chicken it was fresh crispy on point

Manager April did not give me the right order. I order a 5 piece signature bone in chicken box, 2 strawberry biscuits, a shrimp tackle box, a glazed pickle chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich. two of the meals i got frozen lemonades as the drinks. we go in and she says “we don’t have frozen lemonades” then proceeds to give us the wrong food. gave us tenders instead of bone in chicken and gave us pies instead of biscuits. no biscuit in my tackle box either. we go back in and tell her because at this point i would just like what i paid for. she gets an attitude with us and with all the other customers since she was in such a bad mood. i was shocked by her behavior and how she handled the situation. lunch rush is hard at any fast food restaurant, but the job is simple: just give the customer what they paid for. that’s all i asked. i will not be returning to this location in the future.

Too much wait talking too much no good customer service

If customers #1-#5 order items that has to be cooked and customers #6-#10 orders something that is ready and DOES NOT need to be cooked. Why make customers #6-#10 wait for all that time until after customers #1-#5 get their food. Meanwhile some employees are just standing around waiting for some food to be cooked. Seems it would be efficient to go ahead and complete the orders for food they don’t have to wait for. Just seems logical.

Very friendly employees. Nice atmosphere and great food! The wait is worth the fresh food!
