Food was bland, portions were very small, and for 3 people it cost 100 dollars. I will eat here again.

I would like to share our experience. We pulled off the interstate to get dinner. We stopped here for a great meal. My husband was going to order the T bone but saw the strip loin with garlic shrimp. I’d you want the salad bar with your meal it is 5.99. When his meal came out the plate was bare!! I mean bare. It had the steak, baked potato and 4 shrimp no vegetables or bun For $28 US dollars. He was not happy with the waitress as she could have mentioned the larger steak for cheaper and that you only get 4 small shrimp. He could have went with the his original order. We asked to speak with the manager. He came out and said yes you only get 4 shrimp. With the prices going up, corporate suggested reducing the amounts. We told him we would contact corporate office. If you wanted anything to add it was all add ons for more money. He gave us a discount for our disappointment but unfortunately we still left very unsatisfied. I should have taken a picture! He did want to say that it did have good flavour but was a very poor display of a meal.

Waited 45 min to get a table. Counted at least 12 tables empty. Ordered the Smashed American hamburger. It was burnt to a charcoal patty. Ate and paid for it but not very good for a Ruby Tuesday's that has always been dependable for good food.
Not too bad just the food was very bland. The best thing here was the salad bar. Good service and was fairly quick in getting your food.Update March 2024.Steaks still needs a little seasoning everything else has gotten much better. They have 2 waiters that work there that are top notch. If your lucky enough to get one of them your going have a wonderful experience. The other waiters and waitresses are better than most as well. We really enjoy eating here now.

Burned bun, tiny over cooked burgers with soggy fries. No thank you.We had high hopes this evening and gave it a shot. Our server was awesome and did his best, but the food took way too long to come out and was just plain awful.Funny moment though… a lady was cleaning and stocking the salad bar and asks me what I think the meat cubes were. I said ham, she said nope, it’s turkey. She explained that for some reason they dye it.

We stopped here in Wytheville, VA. on the way home from Florida. We were very impressed with the spotless and fresh salad bar and delicious food. However, the best part of the experience was our server, Will. Will is a gem, a bright spot in a service world that has disappointed us since Covid. He was friendly, prompt, informative, and conversational,... exemplifying a lost art. Truly a credit to the restaurant.
