Luis is bar far the best barista! He is all smiles! He is super friendly and very helpful! He needs to be a manger, if he isn’t one! He needs to be training people not only how to make yummy drinks but do it with integrity and with a smile! His customer service is TOP NOTCH! He makes me feel like a million bucks, even on a Monday!

This blonde girl kept talking to the customers in front of me like I was invisible. I want you to enjoy chatting during your work time but I was really on a schedule and had to wait for you done chatting then order for me for 5 mins. Are you kidding me ?

The service was very slow. I waited for my 2 drinks for over 15 minutes but I had ordered my 2 drinks on the mobile app 10 minutes prior but the drinks were never made after the 15 minutes. I also put my points that I had earned in the past on 1 of my 2 drinks and never received my drinks nor my points back.

Probably the closest Starbucks to my house, these guys are an awesome crew. Always extremely friendly & never a mistake with any food or drink order. 😁 Very appreciative!

When I travel, I always stop at this Starbucks in Wytheville. The staff are always nice, it's very clean and that first sip just makes me feel so much better before I get back on the road.
Incredibly rude staff working drive through morning of 4/26, innacurate order, practically through coffee at me when we asked for the missing item.
We came in excited for our usual cozy coffee ritual, but the staff vibe was… arctic. No greeting, no smile, not even a nod. We felt like we walked into a staff meeting we weren’t invited to. I get it, everyone has off days, but this felt like a team effort in apathy. No warmth, no welcome. Coffee and pastries was good, but the energy? Sucks.
Suggestion to employees, if you are not happy with your job, just quit.
average. The drinks weren't made to how we usually receive them and they were 90% ice. We basically finished them rounding the corner to the traffic light.

If you're going to pay $6 for a coffee, it should be at a place like this. Fantastic staff (no weirdos) and the drinks came out just like they look in advertisements.
