Did not answer me when I asked for a bear cup. They hung up on me and were rude .I demand a refund and my money back I will not be coming back thanks for breaking my heart.

This was a great visit to this Starbucks in Wytheville, Virginia. It is in a plaza with several other shops, but has a fairly easy access point and plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when one in my party had an allergy. They even replaced a food item for free after they accidentally made it with the allergy item. The place is clean and surprisingly spacious. Food was exceptional and drinks were great!

We took a visit here. Everyone was friendly. They worked with me with my questions related to the oat milk as I'm allergic to some gums.
The mint mocha frappe[oat milk] and the impossible is this girl's go too for alpha gal food. They made that mocha so good I wasn't able to take any with me. I need a gallon of that stuff

I ordered a Venti and got Grande
not happy I wld like for them to try harder

Coffee was great, the employees were friendly and and clean and calm atmosphere.

Wytheville SBUX one of the best in the US. I visit often while on the road, and the cleanest shop and friendly service. Been here over on my drives from Nashville to Albany NY at least 80 times over 10 years

Luis is bar far the best barista! He is all smiles! He is super friendly and very helpful! He needs to be a manger, if he isn’t one! He needs to be training people not only how to make yummy drinks but do it with integrity and with a smile! His customer service is TOP NOTCH! He makes me feel like a million bucks, even on a Monday!

This blonde girl kept talking to the customers in front of me like I was invisible. I want you to enjoy chatting during your work time but I was really on a schedule and had to wait for you done chatting then order for me for 5 mins. Are you kidding me ?
