They got this ol girl up here behind the register that does cage fighting up in Beckley. The other week I was in there getting my youngest boy, Scooter, one of them pink drinks as a reward for his school grades. We were set in there waiting you know, and this feller come in just a hollerin at that girl cause he got the wrong kind of milk. I stood up and said "son you better quit while you're ahead. You about to turn somethin on that ain't got no off switch"

So in the drive thru they can take your card, run it and then hand it back. But they won’t take the coffee cup they just handed you and watched you simply pour it into your coffee cup.

So filthy dirty. This stop was a few hours after Knoxville TN where the Starbucks was so clean. What is the matter with quality control here?
Chris was especially pleasant while taking our order, as was the gentleman at the pickup window. What a team. After hours of driving from Tennessee with our 13th month old to visit family they definitely brightened our mood. Get those tips guys, you deserve it. -

I travel a lot for work and have been to several Starbucks all over the state of Virginia. I have been in the Starbucks in wytheville many many times. The baristas are always very friendly and helpful. I had asked for a manager to help resolve a very tiny issue. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Chris, was extremely rude to me. He was then very degrading to the ones working in the store. I was appalled by how he spoke to the staff.
