Ordered on app for pickup. 6 sandwiches. My meatball sub had no chesse and one other sandwich that clearly i ordered onions had none. When I called they just said bring them back to prove to them its missing and they would remake. No im sorry. At present, they are highly short-staffed, close @17:00 (5p) every night, hoping they can get that up to 20:00(8p) soon. The food has been good if you luckily get there during the hours they're open, and they're borrowing employees from other stores, so it's a mixed-bag. However, they have seemed qualified (and that's 4yrs of my own Subway experience talking). However, I'm kinda ticked that Google maps reported them open till 22:00(10p), and after i drove past several other good Subways and this was the last one I'd consider before reaching home, then find they are not fulfilling the hours promised and the gas station additionally put the men's room out of order after I'd also passed by other opportunities for that. The attendant additionally jumped on another customer (unprofessionally) for using it anyway, and they are also short-staffed and thus very likely slightly short-fused. In an area with plenty of good service workers, they seem to demonstrate they don't want to pay for good help.

Put in an online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant no one was there everything was cleaned up. The employee at the circle k said they closed 30 minutes ago. Subway has no agents to talk to to get the order transferred to a different store or to get a refund. This is very poor customer service

Placed an order online and always watch to make sure they follow my "special requests" or if there is any questions. I asked that the meat be warmed before toasting, which they did not follow. Thankfully, I requested a clean knife be used bc there was so much mayo and sauces on the one they were using it was disgusting! The sitting area was filthy, we took our sandwiches back to the truck.

I placed an online order for a footlong sub meal and when I got there I was informed that they did not have any ham or onions so I said I didn't want it could I please have my money back. He informed me that he could not refund but said his manager could and gave me her number to call her. I told him I did not live locally and he ensured me that would be no problem. When I got in touched with the manager (after many unanswered calls) she finally "texted" me back and said i had to get my refund through the app and I told her there was no way I could do that and she said there should be a way on there to do it. I did email corporate but no one has responded.So basically this subway stole my money seeing that I never got my refund or my food.

Just left this subway 5 minutes ago. I stood at the register debating on if I want my sandwich or do I want to throw it back in this girl's face. When I was younger I was a manager at Subway The girl inside doesn't know how many ounces of meat comes on a 6-in or a footlong literally I told her 6 oz of meat comes on a foot long three on a 6-in. I know the scoopers and I know the ounce sizes I got a sandwich that's a footlong maybe 4 oz of meat on my chicken bacon ranch sub. The tomatoes was old the lettuce was worn and then I feel like she spilled the whole bottle of black pepper on my sandwich. Looks like the girl was working by herself and she only had a limited amount of meat The crazy thing is one more scoop would have made my sandwich the way it's supposed to be We ordered two sandwiches. Chicken bacon ranch in an outlaw both sandwiches came with four and a half ounces of meat and she left one scoop of meat in each container That was it that's all that's left over what are you saving that one scoop of meat for which would have made our sandwiches complete and she didn't understand when I was trying to tell her trash trash trash trash trash.

Delicious sandwiches prepared fresh and fast! Reasonable prices. It’s in a gas station so no place to sit down and eat but this is a small town so choices are limited. We liked everything we had. Service was good too.
