I ordered a chicken sandwich and I received two chicken strips on a bun. The lobby was unclean and there was food everywhere. There was a huge water spill in the floor and no one cleaned it up.

If I could give negative about of stars I would... it literally took 47 mins from the time we ordered our food to the min they gave us our food and IT WAS WRONG!! WE WAITED ANOTHER 22 MINS for the right food and it was cold and hard!! NEVER GO THERE EVER!!

I base my review from three visits conducted in the past six months... The food and service here are okay but both can use a lot of attention for improvement. The establishment: it is always filthy looking especially the drink area. Yes, people in general lack responsibility and respect and I understand that there are a lot of people who seem to lack the ability to clean up after themselves but this is not the only reason this restaurant always has a filthy look about it. There is some serious lack of proper house keeping here! The floors were sticky and dingy from overused dirty mop water. The entry way was awful from dirt, mud, leaves, etc. There were numerous tables left trashed from lazy customers. The restrooms were dirty and smelly. The food (Taco Bell): slopped together on broken shells. Bad tasting lettuce (very common in all fast food restaurants). Minimum toppings added. Not easily accessible as this is a very busy area. Exiting the parking area is difficult from the constant traffic.

The restaurant is clean and the team is always very friendly. If I had to find a negative it is that drive through takes a very long time and almost 24 dollars for 12 skimpy tacos is a little extreme to me.
The food was good and came out quickly, especially with a group of 30. The tables and area wasn't super clean, but it could of been worse.

I had stopped by to get food for my wife and me. Food was great, service was amazing. The floor was very sticky but the short front counter lady with the purple hair was very kind and understanding about my complaint. I have seen her multiple times now and she has been the best, very hard worker but seems tired. I never see her off her feet
