I rarely write reviews for fast food. I mean, whatever your opinion of the quality of food at a place like this, you sort of know what you're getting when you walk in and shouldn't expect Michelin service.
What I don't expect is an experience THIS BAD. It was the Saturday night of Thanksgiving weekend and this is in a Travel Plaza. I'm not sure what cheap owner decided that running the place with two kids was suitable, but that was the dinner rush reality. One taking orders and one making food.
The line was about 8 people deep because they couldn't keep up. The one girl was clearly on the verge of just quitting her job altogether and I wouldn't have blamed her. The place was filthy dirty, every table has food on it and the drink station was out of napkins, straws and most other amenities. But those poor kids were not able to keep up with both service and cleanliness.
After 20 minutes of waiting for my order, they came to tell me that they were out of black beans for my wife's vegetarian dishes. Not when I ordered mind you, but I've already been waiting 20 minutes to find out they don't have what I paid for already. Eventually I got poor quality rushed food and a coupon from the servers for my inconvenience.
It's time for corporate America to start treating employees and customers right and it's time for the rest of us to stop throwing money at places like this.

The entire staff was great. Even with it being almost time to close they greeted all the customers and were more than happy to service all of us. Great customer service. James especially, was awesome.

This Taco Bell is subpar at best, they were completely out of almost every drink selection and didn’t offer the drink selection of most Taco Bell’s. They also have their luxe boxes priced differently which is misleading, charging $7 at the time of this post for what is typically the $5 luxe box.

she was very rude her name is nicole when i go on taco 🌮 she said its close time is 11.20 am after 3 or 4 minutes she take for order from another guy that’s crazy the boy was nice
Incompetent. Drive thru service was a joke. Said they didn't have enough sweet tea, so we asked to fill up with sweet and to fill up the rest with unsweet. Not a problem. But we had no ice, no straws, and no napkins in bag. Caught we had no sauce before we left window and they gave us 20 sauces for 3 tacos. Taco shells stale and broken, with barely anything in them.

We stop by this place because my kid loves tacos, and the food is consistently well-cooked. Since we enjoy spicy food, we usually take a few extra packs of taco sauce, and there have been no complaints about that either. The service is also really good. Good job Chris keep it up

What a joke place!! Came in for the $7 cravings box advertised on TV, they said the cravings box from them is $10. Then they cut out part of the package - nacho and cheese saying they are sold out but refuse to reduce the price or replace the missing items!!!! What a rip off😡!!!! Don’t eat there if you don’t want to be ripped off!! Would give it a negative if it were provided😡😡😡

Staples like lettuce and pico were out of stock. Service was slow, and all that would have been forgivable if they hadn't shorted the most expensive item on the order.

I ordered the Chalupa combo meal, and got 2 steak chalupas and a soft taco.
The first thing I noticed going into here, was the tables were clean. Sadly, this is a rare thing now for many taco bell restaurants, or fast food places in general. But not this time, which is a pleasant surprise. The service was very fast as well, they had my order out almost by the time I got my drink.
But as usual, Taco Bell tacos fall a little short when compared to something you'd get from other places. The lettuce they put in the chalupa seemed a bit old. Not rotten or black, but definitely soft and soggy. Same goes for the soft taco, and I would like to see melted cheese some day. Not just cold shredded cheese piled onto warm meat. I know, I know, it would take some more time. But I would rather wait a bit longer for quality than be super quick and sloppy.
So, typical Taco Bell, you get what you pay for. Definitely fast, definitely cheaper, but definitely not nearly the best.
