Pulled up to the drive thru and the girl said she couldn't take my order because her system was down. Ok, no problem. However, they took the order of the people behind me and before me.
The enter place smelled nasty to point it was turning my stomach ??. I wasn't even asked what size my meal was going to be. They couldn't even do more than one order at a time, not to mention none of the staff o even management was friendly. I'll be taking my business back to the Wendy's on Commonwealth Dr. I don't even know why this Wendy's on Main Street is still open. The doors need to be closed forever.

Their fries have the skin on, I like that. A little salty, but this is an occasional treat. I was pleasantly surprised by their Nuggs. I tried all seven. Pretty good as fast food goes.

Woman taking order was very very rude. I went in for a $5 biggie bag because the commercials got me lol. I haven’t had one in years and when i ordered it the woman gave me sass, attitude, & rudeness.

Rare you can right a positive review on a fast food place much less give a 5 start review. This is a rare find that you get good hot food and friendly staff. Been here twice over several months both times it has been spot on. Wish more locations were this good Most I stop at under any brand the food is nasty the people are rude and the place is dirty. Not here They are doing the best they can. The place is a older one and a little rough but I can see past that to get good food

Fast, Accurate, Greta tasting Food, Kind Staff and Management Great experience! They will always take care of you even if they get it wrong. No Worries here. I've also had breakfast at this location and it's amazing as well I love the frosty cream cold brews!!!
Just like everywhere else it's getting to expensive to eat fast food better off packing your lunch and eating at home.
