The food was pretty good like it normally is at most Wendy's, that's what gets us up to three stars. But when we got our order half our food was in dark, ghoulish, packaging promoting some creepy Netflix series. We came for good food and were put off by the unwanted, dark, advertising.

This location recieves great praise from me! It was a quick stop, the staff was friendly and the food was just as ordered! I cant say enough about the team work at the front counter, sadly I didnt get the names of the young gentleman and young lady with the pink hair who worked together flawlessly, before he could even make moves to grab items she was being proactive to assist and grabbing items and packing the bag, all with smiles on their faces! The teamwork was very noticeable, awesome job! Made my two minute wait on food very pleasant!

Would rate zero but I can't. Just pulling up I know I am going to dread my order. This Wendy's is so unprofessional the drive through woman with purple hair taking orders is so rude. Then her and the red hair girl just shove everything out the window and doesn't say a word. The food is nasty and old and after taking so long they don't have everything I ordered in the bag. As I go in to ask for them to fix it everyone ignores me and when someone finally comes up to me she questions me like I'm stupid. Then after I have them start they take forever to do it then leave it on a counter for 10 minutes. Then the manager rudely assists me. Also the woman up front was so nasty having one glove on and one off touching her face, phone, scratching herself, and more without washing hands or anything. So disgusting!!! I will not be coming back till they get better employees.
Me and my family went to this Wendy's and got food and to start this off the two that was running drive thru was rude and unprofessional plus forgot food so I can to go in and proceed to wait 15 to 20 mins just to talk to someone to get my missing food and when I finally got to tell the front person what I needed it still took another 5 mins to get my missing item even though it was sitting there when someone pays a good amount for food it should be correct and fresh. I will be taking my business to the OG store.

The employee that served us felt like she was just there going thru the motions. We waited for our food and when it was put on the counter(to which we weren't notified that it was ours) it sat there for almost 5 min before I asked if that was ours. The fries were lukewarm at best, the nuggs we got were also not warm at all uf we wanted room temp food we would have went to the jersy mikes next door. Side note both Dave's Single and Double was awesome. We are just passing thru but there are other better options on this exit to eat.

Terrible service ordered food on the app at 10:50pm considering all times on google and the app states they close at midnight. Pulled up to Wendy’s to receive my order at 11:00pm and was told we’re closed you will have to come back within 24hrs to pick up your order or cancel it.
