I ordered a combo and got my wife a taco salad. When I got home, there was ranch dressing instead of salsa dressing in the bag, which my wife hates. I took the dressing back, only to THEN be told they were out. No apologies, not asking if she wanted anything else. My wife had me take the food back, so made 3 trips to the restaurant in this weather....all for nothing. The restaurant seemed to care less, and that's sad. We use to frequent about once a week, but neither will ever return

I hate shredded lettuce. Especially if it comes from a bag. It's gross. It wilts on the sandwich, so not good for taking home to the family. If it's bagged it tastes funny and give you a belly ache . Not to mention all other berger joints use it . Wendy's is supposed to be the best. Not follower but a Leader. Do better !

One of the best Wendy’s burger I’ve had in a year. The place was busy and I had my food in less than five minutes. Really great place wish I lived closer to visit more often.
