Was super excited for ice cream after a rough day but they closed 40 minutes early and when I went to open the door the employees just continued closing shop. Saw several other customers attempt to go in after us :/ they should update hours accordingly.

I placed an order by phone for a gluten free ice cream cake with the manager. It was for my elderly mother’s 70th birthday- and the manager was very helpful and accommodating. We agreed on a pick up time and I confirmed with the store by phone that the order had been received on the same day I placed the order. I went to pick it up on Sunday and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Needless to say, no cake at all. Super unprofessional, incredibly disappointing, and a display of poor management and record keeping. I don’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality Ben and Jerry’s experience.Dietary restrictions: The store was helpful in identifying what ingredients were gluten free. However, when push came to shove, they forgot my order. So I have no idea how good it is.

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Called on the phone & was told to place order via their on-line form at least 48 hours in advance. We did so and then went to pick up the cake two days later. We were told that there was no such order. When we told them to check again the order was found in their email, which the manager “had problems accessing”. We were told that they could try to make the cake right then, but that they couldn’t guarantee that it would come out or how long it might take. We were offered a free Ben & Jerry’s t-shirt (so we can advertise the shop) and a refund. The cake was for a 12 year old boy who’d been looking forward to his coffee-coffee -buzz-buzz cake for quite some time and you can imagine the disappointment when the cake didn’t materialize. You can also imagine hunting around for a replacement late in the evening (the cake was supposed to be dessert for dinner). Since we had called ahead and then entered the on-line form, we had every right to expect the cake to be made as ordered. If the manager knows there are issues with the email, they should tell their customers when they call, enter orders in a different way and get their email problems fixed. I guess next time I order a cake (certainly not from this place), I’ll be double checking to make sure they got my order.

My husband and I went to this Ben and Jerry’s last night after a local ghost tour. It was around 9:15pm when we arrived and this location closes at 10:00pm. The staff seemed extremely irritated that we were there although there was still some time until closing. They weren’t “doing shakes” anymore, so we had to choose something else. The person checking us out slammed the ice cream closure shut while we were leaving too. It was just generally uncomfortable to be there, not to mention the ice cream was really expensive. We are locals, but probably won’t be back.

Not a place I would recommend. Ice cream had been sitting out for some time. Lots of ice crystals in it. I got a coffee but Starbucks is way better.

I was there as a tourist and I spent 20 dollars worth of ice cream ask for a cup of water she gave it to me I went to ask if I could have another cup and she denied it. In all my life I have never been denied a cup of water she was very rude. What human does that really it's water not bottle water faucet water. Nice welcoming I will make sure the remainder of my stay never to go bank there again.

Ben & Jerry’s is the same everywhere so the ice cream was good of course. The customer service is the reason for 2 stars. When my daughter and i walked in no one greeted us, then we stood at the serving case for about 5mins staring at the two women waiting for them to greet us or at least ask what we would like. Awkward and quite rude in my opinion. I’ll never understand rude service employees. Customers like myself didn’t do anything to you but happily come to spend our money. If i were alone i would’ve walked out but my daughter really wanted ice cream. I’d recommend hiring more gleeful and pleasant employees to work at the establishment.
