Awesome customer service. They get crowded, but the staff is very fast and patient. Helps that the ice cream is delicious. Also, it can be a little costly if it's more than 4 ppl getting ice cream.
On Sunday, June 5 2023, my daughter and I had an extremely wonderful experience at the Yorktown VA B&J. We had been searching for her cell phone all over the area and as a last ditch effort, we stopped in to ask if anyone may have turned her phone in to BJ as it is listed as a “lost and found”. Was super excited for ice cream after a rough day but they closed 40 minutes early and when I went to open the door the employees just continued closing shop. Saw several other customers attempt to go in after us :/ they should update hours accordingly.
