This was ordered “mikes way”, I know the economy is tough but skimping so hard on lettuce even is a bit much, not worth the price

I did a door dash order and asked for extra lettuce and ranch dressing. I received neither. Why have a box in the app the asks for requests and then the store doesn't read it or give a crap. This isn't the first time Ive ordered the same exact thing and what I got is as normal sandwich without the requested modifications.

I definitely want to ensure everyone sees how wonderful these staff members here are, last minute I needed catering done within an hour, I was so scared to walk in but when I did and asked they all said we got you and all came together genuinely to get this done within 30 minutes ♥️
