Don’t get me wrong McDonalds breakfast is still delicious for a quick bite but man the blatant disregard for customers inside the restaurant was appalling. I waited 45 mins for my order and people came in after me and got their food and don’t get me started on how this location focuses on drive through more. The worst part was when the time came for everyone inside to be waiting on their food they were met with one sided conversations and yelling. I will never come to this location again.

If you go at the right time, this place is one of the best McDonald's out there. And their service is always incredible and quick! I will say, after about 3 pm, the food quality does go down a bit but their food is so good during peak hours that I have to give them 5 stars. If you're hungry around noon and want a bite to eat... Don't go to just any McDonald's...go to this one. You can thank me later.

Worst service ever. I walked and of course no one greets me, I was the only customer in the lobby. No cashier was at the front. I did the self service and ended up ordering my food. The lady dropped my food at the front called my number and then walked off. I said thank you and no response. Then again a lot of these fast food restaurants in yorktown have terrible customer service. No pride in their work.

over 15 minutes for a frozen coke and tea... asked where my tea was an was met with no answer. i asked how long it was gonna be and got no response. walked out immediately with no tea, no refund, and DEFINITELY not "fast" food service.

It was my favorite McDonald's but they are understaffed because people don't want to show up or whatever reason but they can't keep up with the rush of the people coming in so you have a 20 to 30 minute wait on your food.

You better go in to see what you're going to get from this service instead of going through a drive-thru I just watched a 260 lb black lady rubbing her face with her open Bare hand over top of someone's open Food Bag after food was put in it and then talked for at least 10 to 15 more seconds with coworker before she can find herself on the way to the drive-thru window to deliver same food no thanks I can get salmonella anywhere

Went threw drive threw .....sat for 35 mins.was asked what i ordered again then was told no ff were ordered. I gave receipt back as I was charged 12.57 for three large ff.....got them both food and French fries were cold ... and our food was cold not hot. Won't go back to that McDonald's again. ...

Did order by machine, took number, says they would bring it to the table, no i had to go get. Machine, number plate, and table says it will be brought to table. Also tea was over sweet had to mix un sweet tea with it. Fries had no salt. Bad day to eat at this McDonald'
