This review is for just Ron. There is a gentleman who works the second window during the morning shift named Ron. He always serves my food with a smile on his face and never fails to brighten up my morning. He always double checks the order before handing it through the window, and will make any wrong right without hesitation. This morning, I ordered the mango refresher with boba, and he let me know they were out of “bobos” and offered me the freeze dried strawberries....
My go to McD’s- understand that might be short on staff. 3pm 3-3-2026 stoped for a meal. Sat at drive through for 5 minutes. Was told once they would be with me. Waited longer. I stepped inside to order- two employees were sitting eating. Couldn’t see who else was working inside- but seemed like only two others. Received the most saddest cheese burgers I have ever seen. Both cold and one had a funny taste. Yep within 30 minutes the stomach pains started. Fries were...
The drive-through line was super long, and the parking lot was a maze. I ordered two items on the app. I got to the speaker and gave them my code. They told me to pull up to the window. Then they said my second item was out of stock. That would’ve been great if they had told me at the menu where I put in my order, but I had no choice but to stay in line and get the one item they had.
