They never give you soy sauce they always lie and say its in the bag and its not then on top of that why am I buying chicken but getting chunks of fat and breading with no meat place is becoming a joke for the location they are in with this type of food/service eventually will be closed down if they keep messing up food and orders

I love this Panda Express. The drive-thru moves fast and the portion sizes are good. My favorite combo is the sweet fire chicken with string bean chicken and chow mein.

Panda Express for the most part offers pretty decent food for reasonable prices. But being a major chain, their offerings tend to lack the oomph in flavor that you’d find in a lot of Chinese takeout places. On the flip side, their food tends to be slightly less greasy, which is a plus in my book. For our visit to this Panda Express, the food was decent though not exceptional.

I paid for the extra pepper steak and waited 10 minutes for them to make a brand new batch. I opened up the container and saw that what they gave me was 95% rice and barely any meat. I got 3 small measly pieces of steak and barely any veggies. I basically paid 9 dollar for some fried rice which is ridiculous. The service was good, with everyone working being nice but for paying extra for this option and then waiting for a new batch (meaning you should have a ton to give out a fair potion) to barely get any is just crazy and just fair for the price. Which I could add a picture to show how little of the protein I got, you can see how the bowl is filled to the top with literally just the rice. So disappointing

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. We waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, only to be informed that they were out of the main menu items we had planned to order (such as orange chicken). To make matters worse, we spent more than 10 minutes at the speaker before being told, and were then asked if we wanted to wait an additional 10 minutes or more. It’s unclear why this information wasn’t communicated earlier, which would have saved both time and frustration.
