Panda Express for the most part offers pretty decent food for reasonable prices. But being a major chain, their offerings tend to lack the oomph in flavor that you’d find in a lot of Chinese takeout places. On the flip side, their food tends to be slightly less greasy, which is a plus in my book. For our visit to this Panda Express, the food was decent though not exceptional.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. We waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, only to be informed that they were out of the main menu items we had planned to order (such as orange chicken). To make matters worse, we spent more than 10 minutes at the speaker before being told, and were then asked if we wanted to wait an additional 10 minutes or more. It’s unclear why this information wasn’t communicated earlier, which would have saved both time and frustration.

This place always does an amazing job. They are fast and reliable for my family and I. They also never complain about making new items if the are out of something. From top to bottom the staff doing a great. Veysel and Theo specifically helped my family and I.
Food was good, rice could’ve been better. We asked for two bowls both with fried rice and orange chicken but instead we got white rice. For those reasons I’m giving it three stars.

Fairly fast even with the lunch rush. Veryyyy hot. Large servings on a 2 plate dish.
My food was burnt and didn't taste all that good it a first time trying it they have special juice drinks but taste like soap egg rolls we're very dry although the people were nice it was hard to let them know the food was not so good I try to take it back from the window but I had so lady speaking Chinese to someone else for 20 minutes and people just keap going in front of me like they did see me 😠

Tried to order pickup on their app around 9:20pm. Couldn’t place the order through the app. Pulled up at the store around 9:30 and couldn’t order in person. Told their kitchen was closed and couldn’t order anything outside of a few leftover items. Restaurant closes at 10, would have been nice to know they don’t prepare upon order.
